Hi, I’m Conny, 46, and I’m a Holistic Health Coach. I work as specialized consultant for integrative health strategies, with a passion for helping women build lasting resilience.
My journey to becoming a coach was born from a personal crisis that forced me to confront everything I thought I knew about strength and stability. It’s through this experience that I developed the Blueprint to FEMME-ILIENCE©, a proven framework for helping women tap into their inner power to thrive through life’s toughest challenges.
For most of my adult life, I had what many would call a “perfect life”—health, a good job, financial stability, and close friends. I felt strong and ready for anything. But then, without warning, I became entangled in a toxic work dynamic marked by power plays, backchannel decisions, and manipulation—an experience that left me emotionally and physically depleted.
It took 2.5 years to recover. The chronic stress had triggered a hormonal imbalance, leading to anxiety, insomnia, depression, and weight gain. But through that struggle, I discovered powerful tools to rebuild myself—tools I now share through my Blueprint to FEMME-ILIENCE©. Because women are naturally resilient—when they know how to harness that strength.
Today, I see resilience differently. Life’s storms are inevitable, and while comfort is nice, it can’t shield us forever. Every woman deserves the tools to stay grounded and clear—even when life gets tough.That’s why I became a coach—to help you navigate life’s challenges and come out stronger on the other side. My Expertise
I’ve spent my career working with people—across industries, cultures, and career levels. From driven entrepreneurs to top executives, I’ve seen how women push beyond 100% to meet expectations set by traditional leadership models. They work harder, toughen up, and play by rules that weren’t designed for them—often at great personal cost. My time in HR gave me insight into how women navigate high-pressure environments, constantly striving to stay strong and maintain their composure, while trying to fulfill the expectations of everyone around them—whether it’s their boss, colleagues, team, or family.
My own journey made me question this system. I stepped away from corporate life to do what truly matters: coaching real women through real-life challenges, helping them reclaim their energy, confidence, and resilience.
I hold a M.Sc. in Economic Sciences, and became a certified Holistic Health & Nutrition Coach as well as a certified Women’s Holistic Health Coach. In addition, I am on my way to become a certified Yoga teacher and a certified Skincare Coach. My aim for the future is to dive deeper into behavioural sciences.
My Vision
I want every woman to understand her own strength—mentally, emotionally, and physically. Resilience is not just about bouncing back, but about learning to thrive in the face of challenges. My mission is to help women tap into that resilience, to navigate life's ups and downs with confidence and grace. It’s time to stop holding back, to empower women to embrace their full potential, and to show them that they can face anything that comes their way.
I want every woman to realize that taking care of herself first is not selfish, but essential. I am not talking about being bossy or solely focused on your own needs. I am talking about knowing yourself deeply—your triggers, your emotions, and how to stay grounded when life challenges you. By prioritizing yourself, you gain the clarity and strength to face tough moments with confidence, without letting the chaos of life cloud your mind or overwhelm you.
